1 Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests can be made within 7 days of payment if the project has not started.
- Once the project has started (e.g., research, design drafts, or initial concepts), no refunds will be issued.
2 No Refunds After Delivery
- Refunds are not available after the project is completed and delivered, as the service is considered fulfilled.
3 Partial Refunds
- If a project is partially completed, clients may be eligible for a refund for the undelivered portion. For example, if 50% of the project is completed, a 50% refund for the remaining portion may be issued.
4 Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not available for any projects that have started or are fully delivered.
5 Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes or cancellations to the project must be communicated promptly. The eligibility for a refund will depend on the status of the project at the time of the request.
6 Disputes and Resolution

- If we are unable to resolve the dispute, it will be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Wyoming.
